Antique American Federal Carved Giltwood Pier Mirror Églomisé Panel NY 1810 Decorative Arts The George II lowboy havingA good antique American Federal period, Classical giltwood eglomise pier mirror, New York, circa 1815. The mirror with a stepped cornice and applied gilt spheres, below are bands of rope twist decoration with three rosette appliques and two pineapple appliques. The mirror has a reversed painted eglomise panel with the original mirror below, these are flanked with rope twist columns surmounted with Corinthian capitals, in good antique condition.
