Description
The tannins are a bit youthfully tough and a bit less noble than those of the 2012 version
(a blend of 70% En l’Ormeau and 30% Casse Tête)
The warm year brought higher alcohol with it (14
~25% new wood)
Olivier Leflaive, Puligny Montrachet Folatieres Vintage:2021 The tannins are a bit(from Peux Bois). There is a whiff of the exotic to the spicy, acacia blossom, white peach and dried apricot infused aromas. There is both better volume and mid palate density to the caressing but punchy medium bodied flavors that exude a hint of minerality on the clean, very dry and lingering finish where a hint of wood emerges. This is already good and is potentially excellent. (91 93) 2025+
