It was made in Japan, probably post war, 1950s or early 60s, in the form of a fisherman. He winds up by turning the base and, after being wound, he turns while How Dry I Am plays. He is holding a fishing pole in one hand and a fish in the other and has a happily goofy expression on his face. His head has a cork bottom and comes off to access the bottle.
