Featuring four interchangable julienne blades plus a crinkle waffle cutting blade and a flat blade for straight cuts. The julienne cutting blades are 5 64 inch, 5 32 inch, 9 32 inch and 3 8 inch widths. The flat blade is adjustable using a lever. This allows the user to make any cut from paper thin to 3 8 inch. This mandoline will easily produce perfect julienne, matchstick,
