Featuring Shane Moran and Andrew Saba of The Gnarlies and Title Fight, the band initially recorded a demo in 2008 with a lineup featuring Adam and Ben from Tigers Jaw on bass and drums respectively. Shortly after, Adam Rifkin of Disclosure and Jamie Rhoden of The Early Birds, joined the band as the new rhythm section, and the original members found out they were kicked out of the band
