Farfugium japonicum Genkai Jishi Musa M-F 8am-5pm ET and available(aka: Ligularia tussilaginea) Farfugium 'Genkai Jishi' is a special collectors clone of the popular woodland perennial, Farfugium japonicum. This Japanese selection, introduced to the US by plantsman Barry Yinger, makes a compact 1' tall x 18" wide clump of dark green leaves, each edged with a narrowly cut, ruffled serrated edge. The clumps are topped with spikes of yellow daisies, starting for us in mid October.
