Romer Hayot Vintage:2005 the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon BoschéPale to medium gold colored, the 2009 Romer du Hayot is scented of tea, straw and fallen leaves with dried mango, preserved lemons and ginger. The palate is rich, mature and savory in the mouth with honey nut character, finishing just a little flat.
