It offers improved low temperature flow compared to SAE 90 axle oil and full protection of hypoid gears in axles or differentials in vehicles where recommended by the manufacturer. The extreme pressure additives used bond to the metals surfaces to help prevent metal to metal wear where gears teeth slide
