Lime, agave, and a touch of cinnamon and vanilla from the limited time in oak. The white race tequila is transparent and clear. It is distinguished by its sweet taste, which is obtained precisely from the cooked agave, since it contains that sweet honey. It is the variety that best preserves the natural qualities of agave, since it is bottled directly after being distilled.
