Silver Heights, Emma's Reserve other_regions_australia alongside the principle offerings fromFull bottle a heavy 1,645 g. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot. Emma Gao's top red. Luscious, subtle mature ruby. Lightly resinous nose and very pleasing, ripe, bordeaux blend nose. Clean and surprisingly fresh for a 15% wine, with light leafiness. Sweet start, no shortage of fresh acidity, this is really very creditable. Just the sort of wine to give to people doubtful about whether China can produce decent wine. Long and very respectable indeed.
