Baker’s notes & crumb story
Description
This is notably finer than the Charmes but not more complex
Ramonet rarely misses with this wine and they certainly didn’t in 2014 though I would point out that this is going to need time in bottle to develop further depth
The palate is very savory in style with roasted chestnut and ferrous notes infusing the finish that has an appealing rounded texture
tobacco and earth with floral notes
Denis Bachelet, Bourgogne Rouge Vintage:2018 This is notably finer thanSoft wood frames ripe black cherry and earth scents that lead to rich and relatively full bodied flavors that possess a supple mid palate while offering particularly fine depth and length for what this is.
