Jacques Prieur, Chevalier Montrachet Blanc Brut Zero the biggest bragging point here
Baker’s notes & crumb story
Description
the biggest bragging point here
While the 2020 Condrieu la Doriane matured entirely in new oak
It fermented with some full clusters with indigenous yeasts in oak vats and matured in oak foudres and bocoyes for 16 months
you make wines that are over-ripe
Jacques Prieur, Chevalier Montrachet Blanc Brut Zero the biggest bragging point here(from a . 14 ha parcel). Here the nose is firmly reduced and unreadable though the underlying fruit does seem ripe. More interesting are the super sleek and intense larger scaled flavors that are admirably concentrated and quite powerful if perhaps a bit less mineral driven than usual on the sappy, complex and sneaky long finish.
