Vintage Anti Cimex "Fear My Nerves" T-Shirt Sweater states that the real adventureDischarge, the seminal anarchist UK punk band, formed in 1977. They released their first single in 1980. In 1981, Anti Cimex formed in Sweden where they worshipped at the altar of Discharge. They took the drum beat Discharge drummer Tez Roberts invented, the D Beat, and ran with it creating an entire scene. Anti Cimex were around for just over a decade and in that time released a batch of EPs and a few short LPs that would go on to define D Beat.
