Daniel Vollenweider, Goldgrube Aurum other_regions and rosemary oilThe intensely white golden colored Wolfer Goldgrube Riesling Aurum is exciting on the nose that displays perfect fruit ripeness along with very fine notes of crushed stones and sweet herbs. Silky, round and perfectly rich, this is a generous but fresh, refined, slatey and salty Goldgrube with a long and already slightly caramelly finish that reveals delicate grip completely intertwined with the salty acidity. This is a gorgeous wine. Tasted in April
