Lopez Heredia, Bosconia Gran Reserva other_regions_italy A whiff of volatile acidity
Baker’s notes & crumb story
Description
A whiff of volatile acidity does not really materially diminish the appeal of the earthy and markedly sauvage-inflected aromas of both red and dark pinot fruit that display a top note of various floral elements
The palate impression is firm without being stiff and thanks to all of the dry extract this should actually be approachable on the younger side if desired
Beyond that
The palate has a slightly candied feel
Lopez Heredia, Bosconia Gran Reserva other_regions_italy A whiff of volatile acidityA well aged wine that shows the richness of Bosconia, with anise, savory plums, berries, mussel shells, cream, iron, white pepper and orange peel. Bright acidity with a full body and fine, sharp, minerally tannins. Long, juicy and savory. Drinkable now, but can keep holding.
