Clematis Picardy PP 15166 Miscarum as it turned out(aka: Clematis Evipo24) Clematis 'Picardy' is a 2004 introduction from the duo of Mogens Olesen and Raymond Evison that is much more compact than is typical. While Clematis' Picardy' will climb to 6' tall when grown vertically, we prefer it as a non staked groundcover, where it reaches 18" tall x 6' wide perfect to weave through shrubs and larger perennials. The rich purple flowers are highlighted by a wide central stripe of rosy purple.
