Originally from Qubec, Piuze has made wine at some of Chablis greatest estates Olivier Leflaive, La Maison Verget and Jean Marc Brocard. His winemaking style is traditional, with as little manipulation as possible in order to let the purity and vibrancy inherent in the fruit to shine through.
