Amorphophallus konbus Meister Eckardt Lysichiton the foliage may be deciduousAmorphophallus x konbus 'Meister Eckardt' is a 2024 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a Cyrille Claudel cross of Amorphophallus konjac x albus. This compact, slowly offsetting clone produces 30" tall stalks which are green except for a purple flush at the base. The umbrella of palm like foliage only spreads to 22" wide. The inflorescence, which appears for us in late May is only 12" tall, with a 2" wide, dark purple spadix rising from the center.
