Podophyllum tonkinense Galaxy Peru The name is translated toPodophyllum 'Kaleidoscope' was introduced in 2002 as a selection from a Japanese nursery. We went back to the original Japanese nursery for plants, and while we can't call it Podophyllum 'Kaleidoscope', we also can't tell any difference between this and the patented seedling. The original plants, which came from China so, were finally determined to be Podophyllum tonkinense. Each 18" tall, very hairy stalk on this deciduous clumping perennial is
