Isle of Harris Gin 700ml Spanish Schnapps celebrationsComing all the way from the Hebrides in Scotland, the Isle of Harris Distillery is known as 'The Social Distillery', an ethos which embraces the generous character of the island and the people who live here. Every drop is distilled in a small copper gin still known as 'The Dottach', before being bottled and sealed by hand. The unique inclusion of local, hand harvested underwater sea floor sugar kelp speaks of the island's deep connections to the sea
