Last year from barrel this was restrained to the point of being almost mute but that is no longer the case as the nose is now overtly expressive with very ripe and again borderline exotic aromas of yellow orchard fruit along with the more classic scents of citrus, pear and acacia blossom. There is very good verve and punch to the detailed and mineral inflected middle weight flavors that
