They fit stretched ear lobes sized 6 gauge or larger
The 16 gauge 5-trapeze cz and opal labret barbell is made from high polish grade 23 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V ELI ASTM F136) with internal threading
These screw-on tunnels are made from black PVD coated 316L surgical grade stainless steel with external threading

These will fit most any 16 gauge internally threaded straight barbell or labret. We cannot guarantee the charm alignment or compatibility with curved barbells. The photo shows multiple pieces in order to display different angles. They are sold individually.
