Vintage Next Step Up "Baltimore Hardcore" T-Shirt Jacket This original Hate O FourDespite its proximity to other early USHC scenes, hardcore in Baltimore, MD didn't really take off until the early 90s. One of the earliest and best bands that put Baltimore on the map was Next Step Up, who were founded in 1990. They played a heavy and hard music, an aural representation of where they from. They released three EPs and an album during their original time together and toured the world. The band has remained semi active ever since. This
