18121 Art Originally published in 1937 byWhen Anne Frank began her diary in 1942, she wrote it for herself. But after hearing there would be an interest in memoirs from the war period when it was over, she began plans to publish her book after the war. She began editing what she had written, while also keeping her diary going. This resulted in two versions, called a and b. This new edition editied by Miriam Pressler has additional passages from Anne's diaries, added to Otto Frank's original
