It was made by Fashion Craft, which was a Montreal based clothing manufacturer the label reads Fashion Craft Individually Tailored. The tailors label on the interior pocket reads 2 Lt Donald Gillis 4 10 40. If this is the same Donald Gillis as found in the records, by the end of the war he was elevated to the rank of Captain and had won the Military Cross. The jacket
