Perrin & Fils, Gigondas Vv Size:6x750ml and the 2013 Barolo RiservaDark and rather roasted, with mesquite and braised fig aromas and flavors leading the way, followed by currant confiture, fruitcake and melted black licorice. Hefty and powerful, but singed apple wood and iron notes on the finish give this the cut and definition it needs for balance. Very long. An impressive wine. Drink now through 2018. 50 cases imported.
