This very compact, blue leaf hosta stays small, maturing at only 11" tall x 22" wide. The 2. 5" wide x 6" long, powder blue foliage is quite wavy, making it unusual for hostas this size. Hosta 'Blue Twister' is a complex cross involving Hosta 'Neptune', 'Winfield Blue', 'Joy Ride'
