Project 108 Rouge (2023) Red Wine 750ml (13%) USA Les Vins de la GabareMourvdre from Corbires Maritime, Southern France. Pure mineral dark berries roses. This iteration of Pauls red project focuses on very short maceration of three days and with very little work of the skins, then basket pressed back into stainless steel.
