'A beautiful necklace for the young at heart,' confides Ila Suleyman, who calls his design 'Pogsada', the Mossi term for young woman. From Burkina Faso, the Mossi are predominantly millet and cattle farmers who use cow hide and other natural materials to create various items including jewelry and accessories. Suleyman crafts the necklace by hand with a cow bone
