Vintage Spanish Flamenco Style Skirt White Polka Dot on Black w Red Flounce Black It measures 3 3/8” inThis is a vintage flamenco dance skirt featuring white polka dots on a black background with a red flounce near the bottom. There are no labels, so this was most likely custom made by a seamstress. The fabric has wonderful weight, so falls beautifully although there is no fabric content label, and without doing a burn test, I would think that this is made of rayon, which is a wood cellulose based natural fabric with good weight and fall. As you may
