Made of fine machine made Valenciennes style lace, it features delicate scalloped edges, fern like motifs, and a soft pink silk rosette at the centre. These jabots were worn attached inside a ladys high collared blouse or shirtwaist, adding a soft cascade of lace at the neckline. The jabot is constructed with a plain net upper band, which served as the backing or
