Description

The full clusters were macerated and fermented with indigenous yeasts and the wine matured for two years in old foudres from Austria
richer and denser than those of the Champeaux but ultimately less complex and not quite as deep on the backend
Henri Boillot, Puligny Montrachet Perrieres other_regions Jean-Louis and Gerard Chave openedA touch of unabsorbed SO2 doesnt seriously detract from the pretty, airy and nicely layered aromas of apple, pear and white flower scents. The super sleek, intense and mineral driven medium weight flavors possess excellent verve and cut, all wrapped in a strikingly long, balanced and built to age finish. This is excellent and should also age effortlessly for a decade plus.
