Marnes Blanches Pinot Noir Orange Wine which makes it a greatThe grapes for this cuve come from a plot in Cesancey planted in 1983 on red marl and limestone. The grapes are whole cluster fermented for eight days before being pressed off into neutral barrel for levage. The wine is bottled in August without SO2 Natives of the Jura, but from farming rather than winemaking backgrounds, Graud and Pauline Fromont began this Domaine when they were in their mid 20s, and are ambitious, talented young winemakers.
