WEST INDIAN LIME thornless blackberry being evergreen and growing 1mThe West Indian Lime, also known as Key Lime, Bartenders Lime or Mexican Lime, is considered the true lime and is prized for its intense flavour and fragrance. The small, juicy fruit has a thin green to greenish yellow rind and highly aromatic, acidic flesh, making it excellent for drinks, cooking and South East Asian cuisine. This vigorous evergreen citrus has glossy green foliage, fragrant creamy white flowers and a bushy, somewhat thorny habit.
