This very finely detailed, large and impressive 8 day cartel clock dates to the second half of the 1700s, the white enamel dial with black Roman and Arabic numerals, original brass filigree hands and twin winding arbors for the time and strike. The wooden case is decorated overall with very fine Vernis Martin lacquer
